let total work is product of 60 and 40 is 2400 units
let 1 man will do 1 unit of work in single day
5 days->60(men)*5=300 units
5-10 days->55(men)*5=275 units
11-15 days->50(men)*5=250 units
16-20 days->45(men)*5=225 units
21-25 days->40(men)*5=200 units
26-30 days->35(men)*5=175 units
31-35 days->30(men)*5=150 units
36-40 days>25(men)*5=125 units
41-45 days->20(men)*5=100 units
46-50 days>15(men)*5=75 units
51-55 days->10(men)*5=50 units
56-60 days->5(men)*5=25 units
then all men leave.total units up to now is 1970.remaining 430 units are there to finish.
so,work will not be complete.
