let roy=x erik=y and lewis=z
as per the first sentence.....
x=y+4-------(1)
x=z+2---------(2)
after 2 yrs... roy=x+2 erik=y+2 lewis=z+2
den as per d question-- x+2=2(y+2)------(3)
solving we get--- x=6,y=2,z=4

multiplication after 2yrs of roy n lewis is (6+2)*(4+2)=48

Given data seems to be wrong.


If E is present age of Erik, then
present age of Roy = E+4
Present age of Iris = E+2,
then
E+6 = 2*(E+4)
E= -2 which is not possible.

roy R=E+4
iris R=1/2I+I=3/2I
R+2=2(E+2)
so solve equatio
E=2
R=6
I=4
SO R*I=24 ANS.24

8*6=48 ANS...

x=y+4,x=z+2
x+2=2(y+2)
solving we get, x=6,y=2,z=4
ans z:(6+2)*(4+2)=48
