10x+y=4(x+y)+3
10x+y+18=10y+x

solving above two...x=3, y=5
number = 35

let the no be ab
ab=10a+b
condition1
10a+b=4(a+b)+3
=>6a-3b=3.........................eq(1)
similarly
(10b+a)-(10a+b)=18
=>9b-9a=18
=>b-a=2........................eq(2)
by solving eq1 and eq2 we get
a=3 and b=5
so no is 35
cond1
35=(3+5)*4+3....(satisfied)
cond2
35+18=53..........(satisfied)

according to 1st statement, 10x+y=4(x+y+3)
according to 2nd statement, 10x+y+18=10y+x
by solving x=6, y=8 (ie) 68.....
verify the answr with the given statement
