110/2=55 +1 player who is the winner so there will be 55 tournaments...as in each game 2 players play.

theans is 110 bcoz winner wl never loose any of the match and hence total 110 mathes wl be played, thus 110 balls should be used...

no of matches will be =2n+1=111 becoz in last match 1 player will remain in final
so 2*55+1 ,hence match will be 55

its simple.
n-1=no. of matches = 111-1=110, which is equal to the no. of balls used

ans is 110 balls are used....

total no of matches initially =110/2+1(111)=55+1(55 balls)
after this total no of matches played=54/2+1+1=27+2(27+1=28 balls)
after this total no of matches played=28/2=14(14 balls)
after this total no of matches played=14/2=7 balls
after this total no of matches played=6/2+1=3+1(3 balls)
after this total no of matches played=2/2+1+1(3+1)=2 balls(one match played b/w two and another one match played b/w remaining two..)
after this total no of matches played=2/2=1
therefore total no of matches played=55+28+14+7+3+2+1=110 balls are used...

1 player is removed each day. therefore 111 balls. bt atlast there should b two players to play. Therefore, 111-1=110 balls
