Applicant is to be Interviewed exactly once, and the interview schedule must conform to the following
conditions:
There must be at least two interviews each day
I cannot have the first interview on Monday
F must have the first or last interview on either Monday or Tuesday

The options are maybe in a wrong order.

I think First I, Then F should be correct.

Explanation:-

Day 1: G,I,F(fixed sequence)
Day 2: K,H,L,J(any sequence)

These will satisfy all the given conditions.

and B and C also not possible ...
because they both dont have H ...
given H and L should be together....

as H and L must interview on the same day, with no other applicant interviewing between them
and At least one interview must be scheduled between the interviews of G and L

so schedule will b G H L

Read the Condition Carefully "I and K cannot interview on the same day."
Means one of them must be interviewed on Monday. (i.e either I or K)
as K is not listed in any of the option, only I can be interviewed on Monday(option (c) and (d) )

Option C)
But we cannot interview L on Monday as in that case we will have to interview H on the same day too.

So option D) is applicable, as there are no restrictions on F as such. So F and I can be interviewed on Monday.
