option 4 is the right answer.possible arrangements can be P T R Q S or S P T R Q. we can't place P or Q at the 3rd position bcoz then the 2nd condition is not satisfied.so one of the P or Q must be at the extreme position and accordingly these arrangements are made.S is at the extreme position in these.
