a) 15%

probability for a girl to be leader is 60% becuase there are 60% girls in class.
after this probability that tht girl will be poor is 25% of 60 ie..15%

so answer is a) 15%

assume there are 100 students in the class.
out of which 60%(given) are girls and 40%(100%-60%) boys.
so there are 60 girls and 40 boys.
25% of the girls are poor.
therefore the probability that a poor girl selected as a leader ,out of 100 students is
(25/100)*60=15
15 girls are poor
therefore (15/100)*100=15%
ans:15%
