as month has 4 Thursday and 4 Sunday that is 4 weeks has 4 Thursday and 4 Sunday
4 weeks has 28 days

so 31-28= 3 day

these three days can be.. MONDAY TUESDAY WEDNESDAY
other combinations are not possible..

these could be the last three days or first three days..

so here we can find MONDAY is the first day.....

except monday 1st of jan came means it will not have 4 sundays and thursday so ans is monday
