ans = 60 mins
AS:
let speed at normal days be x km/h
total distance be D km
time taken D/x.....................(1)
speed on that day becomes 3x/4
time taken D/(3x/4)=4D/3x.............(2)
(2)-(1) gives 20 mins
from this we get D=x
hence,time taken D/x=1 hour=60 min

Let usual speed of Ram be x km/hr and distsnce d km between home n office.Speed on dat day =x-(25/100)x =3x/4.So difference of time taken by him to reach office between these two days =50-30=20min(30 is subtracted as he left for office 30 min late and 50 is taken as he was 50 min late).So 4d/3x - d/x =20/60 ,on solving (d/x) comes 1 i.e 1 hr is the time taken in normal days by Ram.

let normal time
s=d/t
3s/4=d/t+20
4/3=t+20/t
4t=3t+60
t=60
