first cut in round shaped. in second cut the cake by curved shape in one side and in 3rd cut.cut the cake in opposite side of the first side . both curve should cross each other. then we get 9 pieces in 3 chance

just cut the cake as a circle in your first cut,
then in the second cut draw a curve in the shape of "c"(draw c shape curve upto half of two circles)
then in the third cut draw a another curve in the shape of "c" (just opposite to previous such that it should crossover the previous "c shaped curve" (so that we get one more piece between the intersection)

Since it looks like we don't need equal shapes, you can try this method:
1st cut = triangle inside that doesn't touch the edges
2nd cut = horizontal line across the top of the triangle from 1 edge to the other
3rd cut = diagonal line starting from where the 2nd cut left off across the triangle to the other end.

End result should be 9 pieces but some of the pieces are really small or really big.
