B---- = 4!/2 = 12
H---- = 4!/2 = 12
toatl= 24+12+12 = 48
next word (49th word)= YAABH

This Is tricky Question...Following procedure cab be used in such type of question.
Write the letter in increasing order
ABHAY can be written in A A B H Y
fIX first letter A ..no of word can be formed using other letter-24
fIX first letter B ..no of word can be formed using other letter-12
fIX first letter H ..no of word can be formed using other letter-12
So arrived at 48 position
we need 49 so it must be first word starting with y so (y a a b h)

AABHY
A...4!=24
B...!4/2=12
H...!4/2=12
These are 24+12+12=48 words
so 49th word wil be YAABH :)

THEN 49th WORD MUST START WITH Y..SO
