Let us assume that actual time was 10:35
So, the lady will see it in the mirror as 1:25

(If you are having any doubt in this, then simply take your watch and set 10:35 and see it in mirror you will find 1:25 there)

Now after 20 min. actual time will be 10:35+20 = 10:55
And,
We clearly see that difference b/w 10:55 and 1:25 = 2:30 hours.
So, Actual arrival time is 10:55

The time is 1.15Pm and she watched it as 10.45am
so actual arrival time is= 1.35 Pm
