first arrange alphabetically A O P R R T
*A (OPRRT) = 5!/2! =60 NOW FIX A (AS HAV TO FIND 20TH NUMBER)
AO(PRRT) = 4!/2!=12
*AP(ORRT) = 4!/2!=12 NOW FIX P
APO(RRT) = 3!/2!=3
*APR(ORT) =3!=6 NOW FIX R
APRO(RT) =2
APRR(OT) =2
*APRT(OR) =2 NOW FIX T
APRTO(R)1

SUM numbers those dont hav star =20
APRTOR IS THE WORD :)

I thing parrot is considered a the first word...So,

Word starting with pa = 4!/2! = 12
Word starting with poa = 3!/2! = 3
Word Starting with por.. = 3! = 9

12 + 3 + 9 = 21
So the 20 th word will be .... portar

Word starting with poa = 3!/2! = 3
Word Starting with por.. = 3! = 9

12 + 3 + 9 = 21
