change rs.1500 p.m to p.a it will become
1500*12= 18000rs
then by simple formula
s.i= (p*r*t)/100
si= 18000
p=60,000
r= 10%
ans= 3 yrs

sorry for the last solution. new solution is
10% of 60,000 is 6000 yearly then per month is 500 that means she is paying 18000 yearly.
she is paying 1500 p.m 500rs of interest and 1000 of pricipal.
then yearly pricipal amount she gave in one year 1000*12= 12000
60,000 will be given in 60,000/12000= 5 yr

S.I = 60,000 * 10 /100
= Rs. 6000
Rent received = 1500 * 12
= 18000
Therefore debt cleared in one year = 18000 - 6000
=12000
Therefore in 5 years.
