if its not mentioned in the ques then we must consider as repitation is allowed
hence in 1 st place 5 ways(0 is not allowed)
2nd place in 6 ways
3rd in 6 ways
=>5*6*6=180 ways

(NOTE: in question it is not provided repetition of digits is allowed or not
i take it as repitation is not allowed)
possibilities of first digit = 1,4,5,7,9 = 5 ways (0 cant be put as 1st)
possibilities of second digit = 5 ways (0 can be put here and one digit has been placed as frist digit so rest digits are 5)
possibilities of third digit = 4 ways
total ways = 5 x 5 x 4 = 100 ways ans
