Friday : because he cant say truth on Monday n Tuesday,and if he says truth on Wednesday or Thursday,next day wil get matched..similarly Satday and Sunday..Hence Friday

One of the statements "I lie on Monday and Tuesday" and "I lie on Wednesday and Friday" is false and one is true.

So he either tells the truth on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday. We can also conclude that he surely lies on the second day.
Lets call the days mentioned as Day 1, Day 2 and Day 3.

Case 1: Truth on Monday
==> (Day 1= Saturday Day 2= Sunday Day 3=Monday)
Wrong (Day 2 !=Thursday/Saturday/Sunday as he lies on second day)

Case 2: Truth on Tuesday
==> (Day 1= Sunday Day 2= Monday Day 3=Tuesday)
Possible (Day 2 !=Thursday/Saturday/Sunday as he lies on second day)

Case 3: Truth on Wednesday
==> (Day 1= Wednesday Day 2= Thursday Day 3=Friday)
Wrong ( Day 2 !=Thursday/Saturday/Sunday as he lies on second day )

Case 4: Truth on Friday
==> (Day 1= Friday Day 2= Saturday Day 3=Sunday)
Wrong ( Day 2 !=Thursday/Saturday/Sunday as he lies on second day )

So the man speaks the Truth on Tuesday

the first day is itself wednesday only that day he tells truth and the 2nd second day is thursday and third day friday as usual he lied that "i will lie on wednesday "

first day is sunday he lies on sunday i lie on monday and tuesday second day is monday he lies again today is thursday saturday or sunday third day tuesday he speaks the truth i lie on friday and wednesday so answer is tuesday for those who have answered wednesday if we take wednesday as the first day then he will be speaking truth on the first and the second day as well
