33+8 = 41 33-8 = 25
46 + 21 = 67 46 - 21 =25
72 + 47 = 119 72-47 = 25
124 + 99 124 - 99 = 25 answer = 99

46+21=67
72+47=119
124+?
Now see the difference b/w 33 and 46 is 13 same in 8 and 21
after that 26 is the difference 46 and 72 and so on...
then 52 is the differnce
it means diff is doubled every time
hence 47+52=99 Ans

33-25=8 & 41+5=46
46-25=21 & 67+5=72
72-25=47 & 119+5=124
124-25=99

I just want to confirm whether my ans is correct or not bcoz i m not having their answers and by the way these questions will help some one to get an idea of what type of questions are there in IBM papers. So if i m doing this, i dont thing so its a kind of fun. Hope u get it.

46-21=25
72-47 = 25
so 124-? should also be 25. 124-?=25
? =124-25=99

33+8=41,46+21=67,...
33-25 = 8,46-25=21..
so 124-25 = 99

46+21=67
72+47=119
there fore it is a 3 series qn
46-33=13
21-8=13
67-41=26(13*2)
72-46=26
47-21=26
119-67=52(multiple of 13i.e. 13*4)
therefore 124-72=52
so next number difference is also 52
47-x=39
--> x=86

8,21,47 are in series ie= 8+13=21+13*2=47+13*3=85 is the ans
41+5=46,67+5=72,119+5=124 this is the ans and logic !!

make it in pairs of three

let (a,b,c) be nth term then
a = 33 + [ 13n(n-1) / 2 ]
b = 8 + [ 13n(n-1)/2 ]
c = a + b = 41 + 13n(n-1)

46-21=25,21-67=-46=33*13
72-47=25,47-119=72=33*13*2
124-x=25=>x=99 ans=99

72-47=25,47-119=(-33-13)*2
124-x=25=>x=99 ans=99
