1 day has 24 hrs.
23999999992 hours = 24000000000 hrs - 8 hrs
the required time is 9 p.m.- 8 hrs =1p.m.

1 day has 24 hr
if we add 8 hrs in given hrs we get 24000000000hr
that means
24hr in 1day
24000000000hr in 1000000000 day

this time 9 pm will be same after this days too but w have added 8
hrs in extra to make calculations easier now subtracting this from 9 pm we get 1 pm.

=> 9 PM + 16 hrs = 1:00 PM
