given A,O,B points on line segment and c is not in AOB line segment and angle of AOC is 40 degrees,OX,OY are the internal and external bisectors of angle AOC respectively.
i.e.,angle of AOX is 20 degrees and angle of XOC is 20 degrees
angle of COB is 140 degrees and angle of COY is 70 degrees and our angle of BOY is 70 degrees.
