At what height does the end of the ladder touch the wall, given that it is more than the distance of the foot of the ladder from the wall?

If h is the height and suppose h is also the distance of foot of ladder from wall, then
35^2 = h^2+h^2
then h= 35/ Root 2 = 24.75 approx

but height is more than the distance of the foot of the ladder from the wall.
so from given options , height = 28 ft and the distance of the foot of the ladder from the wall is 21 ft
