For Rs. 600 Mr. Karan can buy a maximum of 24 cups of tea (some money may be left)

Therefore for 8 cups of tea he requires a maximum Rs 200 (Even less then 200)

For remaining 2000(or more) he can buy atleast 30 cups of coffee and may be an extra

cup of coffee with the left money.

So, the answer can be 31.

200= 8 cup tea
2200-200=2000 rs
1000=15 cup
1000*2=15*2 =30 cups .....accurate answer not in options ! lol

cost of 1 cup tea=600/24
cost of 8 cups of tea =(600/24) *8=200
remaining money =2000
cofee in 1 rs=(15/1000)
cofee in 2000 rs=(15/10000)*2000=30 maximum 30 cofee
no option so maximum cofee he can buy=27

1 cups of tea =25rs, then 8 cups tea= 25*8=200,
ramining rs in pocket=2000, 1 cup of coffee =66.66rs
then in 2000rs , coffee= 2000/66=31

the maximum no of cups can also be bought if it cost Rs 63 per coffee cup.... i.e; 15*63=945 now we have 55 Rs remaining. As the coffee cup costs 63 Rs maximum coffee cups that can be bought from 1000 Rs are 15................ now we have bought 8 tea cups in Rs 200..... we have remaining 2000 Rs........ 2000/63=31.74 means a max of 31 cup of coffee can be bought

27.he will buy 8 cups of tea in 200.and for remaining 2000 he will buy 2000/66.66=30.which is not in option so ans will b 27.

The no of coffee cups will be less than or equal to 30. So the answer should be 27
1 cup of tea = 600/24 = Rs. 25
I cup of coffee = 1000/15 = Rs. 66.667
Req Eq will be
2200 - 8*25 >= N * 66.67
2000>=N*66.67
N

1 cups of tea =25rs, then 8 cups tea= 25*8=200,
ramining rs in pocket=2000, 1 cup of coffee =66.66rs

the maximum no of cups can also be bought if it cost Rs 63 per coffee cup.... i.e; 15*63=945 now he have 55 Rs remaining. As the coffee cup costs 63 Rs maximum coffee cups that can be bought from 1000 Rs are 15. Now he bought 8 tea cups in Rs 200..... he have remaining 2000 Rs.
2000/63=31.74
means 110rs will been remain and 55 from rs 1000..... so total will be 165,so now he can buy two more cups of coffee.
So, that means the max. cup that he can buy is 32 cups of coffee.

cost of 1 cup of tea = 600/24 = 25rs
cost of 1 cup of coffee = 1000/15 = 66.67rs
total he has 2200
after buying 8 cups of tea = 25 * 8 = 200
he left with = 2000
cups of coffee he can buy = 2000/66.67 ~= 30
so, maximum he can buy 27 cups of coffee.
