In two triangles if the heights are same then area is in the ratio of bases

Let Area of ODE be A
In triangle ODE and CDE,
height is same => area of CDE = 3A .......(·.· centoid divides median in ratio 2 : 1)

In triangle ADC and EDC,
height is same => area of ADC = 6A

In triangle ADC and ABC,
height is same => area of ABC = 12A

.·. ratio of area = 1 :12
