let, previously... 100 kg sugar price was 100/-
now, 100 kg sugar price is 150/-
but the expenditure of now is 120/-
so now, 120/- can buy ((100/150)*120) = 80 kg of sugar.
consumption of sugar is now reduced by (100-80)= 20 kg.
therefore, consumption of sugar should be reduced by 20%
