Tom, dick and harry will meet at P after every 2 hours, so in that case after every 2 hours they will meet.
Now at 6 a.m also they all are together. So the answer will be 7.

T,D,H start at 6 am at P
At 7'O clock
T will be at Q(10kmph)
D will be at P(20kmph)
H will be at Q(30kmph)
At 8'O clock
T will be at P
D will be at P
H will be at P
Thus for every two hours they meet at P.
So for 12 hours they meet for 6 times and if the first meet at starting point is included.6+1=7 is the answer.

2.) 7 because in 6a.m to 6 p.m there are 12 hours so in 12 hours they meet at even hours 2,4,6,8,10.12
i.e. 6 and +1 at 0th time at the beginning i.e 7 so answer is 7

Answer = 4. they meet 4 times in 6 hours
they are together at p initially. this is first meeting.
then they meet every 2 hours. , so in 6 hours they meet 3 times.
3+1 = 4

after 2 hrs they will be at the same point either at p or q , if first meeting is also considered then total number of meetings = 1+3, so ans. will be 4.

Dick-20kmph --- 24 times
harry-30kmh -- 36 times

6am-6pm ..........

The numbers which divides 12,24 and 36 are -- 2,3,4,6,12
So ans is 5
