10yrs ago , average of 10 people is 33. then total=330.
after 3yrs new total of 10 people is 330 + (3*10) =360.
person of age 40 died, then new total is 360-40=320.
again after 3ys new average of 9 people is 320 + (3*9)=347.
person of age 40 died , new total of 8 people is 347 - 40 =307.
again after 3yrs new average is 307 + (3*8) = 331.
person of age 30 died , new total of 7 people is 331-30=301.
then after 1 year new total of 7 people is 301 + (1*7)=308.
hence average is = 308/7=44.

10 years ago, the avg age of 10 people is 33. In present, the avg age of 10 people is 43. so 43*10 is 430. But before 7 years, one person age of 40 is died. If he present now, his age will be 47. like that, a person age 40 died before 4 years, if he present now means, his age will be 44 and a person died before one year of age 30. If he present means, his age will be 31. So subtract the three persons present age ( 430-47-44-31) gives 308. that is the total age of 7 persons. So average age of present living 7 persons is 308/7 is 44

33*10=330 which is sum of age of 10 people before 10 years.
After 3 years 330-40=290 (one person died)
290+(10*3)=320 because the age for 10 people after 3 years is 30
similarly
After 3 years 320-40=280 (one person died)
280+(9*3)=307 because the age for 9 people after 3 years is 27
similarly
After 3 years 307-30=277 (one person died)
277+(8*3)=301 because the age for 8 people after 3 years is 30
after 10 years now the present average rate is 301+7=308.
308/7=44.

10 years ago total age of people who are alive presently is 330 - (40-3) - (40-6) - (30-9)=236.
Hence present total age of these 7 peoples 236 + 10* 7 = 306.
Therefore, present avg age is 306/7=43.71

The average of 10 people age is 33 ,then total=33*10=330,
then ADD 10YEARS with Average 33,then we get 33+10=43,
now we add the age of person died at 40 after 3yrs i.e(40+3=43)
(again) one person died at 40 after 3yrs(40+3+3=46)
(again)one person died at30 after 3yrs (30+3+3+3=39)
average of 7 peaople after 3 person died=(430-(39+43+46))=302/7=43.51234=44
