total 210 employees and There are 3 shifts of 8 hrs.
per each shift no of employees = 210/3 = 70.
But Per each shift 80 employees are required.
so employess need to work for 16 hrs =80-70=10.
for 3shifts,10*3=30
i.e 30 employees required to work 16 hrs every day.

It's 20 employees. Suppose that the work start 12a.m. and there are there group for shift A, B & C having equal employee 70,70,70.

70 employees of A start at 12 a.m. along with 10 employee of previous shift i.e. C (previous day.)
70 employees of B start at 8 a.m. along with 10 employee of previous shift i.e. A (Here 10 A completes 16 hr)
70 employees of C start at 4p.m. along with 10 employee of previous shift i.e. B (Here 10 B completes 16 hr and 10 C continues for next day)

Try to Notice that for two days we only require 40 employee

Hence for one day it's 20

From first we take 15 employees and from second we take 15 employees... as there it 240 employees for whole day....it will fullfill the requirment of remaining employees....
