c) can be even and odd both

for even,
(1^2+3^2)*(2^2+6^2)=(1+9)*(4+36)=400
and 400/8=50 is even

for odd,
one possibility is,
(1+9)*(4+16)=200
and,
200/8=25 is odd

It can only be EVEN.
Because
1. x/8 is always even as any number divisble by even is always even
2.(X^2+y^2) is always even because odd^2 is always odd nd sum of 2 odd numbers is always even.
like 3^2+5^2=9+25=36
3.(A^2+B^2) is always even because even^2 is always even and sum of two even number always even.
4.(X^2+y^2)*(A^2+B^2) is always even because even*even always even.
Therefore,
5. Value=Even/Even
ALWAYS EVEN(which is not in option)..............................u can check any point by putting any value.

take x and y as 1 and 3,a and b as 2 and 4.
1/8*(1+9)*(4+16)=(1/8)*30=a fraction number.
odd-even is also possible with different example

always even bcz even square is always even and odd square is always odd.and we also know that odd+odd= even, and even +even=even .and even multiply even is always even .so answer is always even.
