i think statement A is sufficient alone because ,
suppose male =m,female=f,
so, 65% of f+35% of m=50% (f+m)
solving,
65% of f +35% of m=50% of f +50%of m
15% of f=15% of m
f/m=15%/15% =1:1

option A.says 35% of man wearing black tshirt
65% + 35%=100%=50% people wear black tshirt
that means ratio will be 1:1
optionB.says that 120 in the party that means 60 people wear black tshirt
and 65% wear woman=45 people
60-45=15 man wear black tshirt=35% man
that means man and woman ratio is 1:1
So, from that both the option are sufficient to give the ans.

and 35% man wearing black tshirt mns 35% 60(ASSUME) mns 21
and 65% of women mns 39.
so total 21+39=60.

A. Not Sufficient. As we do not know in that how many males or females are there in the party.
B. Not sufficient. The second statement says that there are 120 people in the party, but we cannot make an assumption on the basis of this fact.

Combine both. Still no deductions can be made.
Hence, both not sufficient.
