f+6=2(78-f+6)
f+6=2(84-f)
f+2f=168-6
f=162/3=54

6 years hence 2(x+6)=78-x+6
2x+12=84-x=>3x=72=>x=24
the present age of father is 78-24=54 years

Let, Suresh = s & Father = F
.`. (s+6) + 2(s+6) = 78 + 6 + 6
=> s = 24
So, F = 78 - 24
= 54 (Ans)

Or,
X-3 43-X

Now 3 years back the age of father is 4 times of son.

Father's Age = 4 ( Son's Age)
43-X = 4 ( x-3)
43-X= 4X-12
43+12= 4X+X
55 = 5X
X= 11

The present age of suresh is X.
X=11 ans....
