2 books are excluded that means thoose will be offcount. So total book is 10-2=8 out of which 4 can be selected. Hence no. Of ways is 8C4
=70

Total 10 books, out of 10 ------- 2 books always excluded, so, the no.of combinations will come for 8 books only. Hence n = 8, To be selected r = 4,

No. Of Combinatons = 8C4 ===> n! / ( (r!)* (n-r)!)
=== 8! / (4! * 4!)
==== 70
