Two equations can be formed here..

3x + 2y = 790

And

2x + 3y = 1110

Now solve the equations simultaneously..
You will get the answer. ----> 350

let p for pendrive & c for cd then
for solving multipy equations with choosen no. to make one variable nullable
So, i did

3 * (2c + 3p = 1110 ) - 2 * (3c + 2p = 790)
we get 5p=1750
=> p=1750/5
.'. p=350 rs

assume that x= cd and y= pendrive
therefore 3x+2y=790---------->eqa 1
2x+3y=1110--------->eqa 2
by solving this euation we get x=30,y=350
answer is 350
cost of pendrive is Rs 350

3 cd + 2 pd =790
2 cd +3 pd =1110
on solving these equations we get pen drive cost = 350

Rs. 350
Let cost of CD is C
Cost of pen drive is P
3C+2P=790 ----------------(1)
2C+3P=1110 ----------------(2)
Adding these equations,we get
5C+5P=1900
SO, C+P=380
C=380-P -------------------(3)
subtracting the equations 1 & 2
P-C=320
Put eqn (3) in this
P+P-380=320
So, P=350 Rs.
