An isosceles triangle is folded at the mid-point of its unequal side so that the ratio of one of the equal sides to the unequal side in the original triangle remains the same in the newly obtained isosceles triangle. If area of the original triangle is 4 sq. units, then find the unequal side of the new triangle.
