Initially, milk = 118.2 l, and water = 46.2 l.
40 liters is withdrawn in same ratio as it was initially, i.e., 72:28.
Remaining milk = 90 l, and water = 35 l.
Now add 30 l of milk and 13 liter of water.
Then milk = 120 l and water = 48 l.
Percentage of water = 48*100/168 = 28.57 %

ratio of water and milk remain same after sold of 40 ltr i.e 28/72
now remaining quantity is 165-40= 125
amount of water in 125 ltr is 125of 28%=35 ltr
amount of milk in 125 ltr= 125-35=90
now a/c to question 35+13/90+30=48/120
water amount is 48 ltr in total amount 125+30+13=168
hence the % of water is 48*100/168=28.57%

After he sells 40litre of the mixture,
quantity of the mixture = 165- 40 = 125 litre
quantity of water= (125*28)/100=35 litre
After adding 30 litre of pure milk and 13 litre of pure water,
quantity of water = 35 + 13 = 48 litre
total quantity = 125 + 30 + 13 = 168 litre
Required percentage =(48/168)*100=28.57%
