answer to this question is in its English form : formula used :- write in English the digit and its frequency (no. of times it occurs)
3 :- three once (so the next no. would be 31(how:- for next term we convert the English into numeric value))
31 :- three once and 1 once (so similarly next value would be 3113(change the English representation of digit and frequency into numeric value to obtain next value ) )
3113 :- three once one twice three once
next would be( 3 1 1 2 3 1 )
311231 :- three once one twice two once three once one once
