Sir,
It is to inform you that the project delivery which was schedule for tomorrow is delayed. Our key team member is sick due to food poisoning in a last minute. It is really unexpected for us to delay your project. we are trying to do it soon by substitute our member. it will require skill set. As we have lost time & need more time to complete project . It will take delay of weak. Please except our apoligies.

Dear sir,
I am writing to inform you about project delivery status.The project has been delayed due to some health issues of one of my key team member.He has been sick for the past few days due to food poisoning at last minute of project submission.Its an unexpected situation and we are trying by our own to substitute.Apologies for the delay of work for one week.

Hello sir,
We are very sorry to inform you that project delivery has got delayed. Because one of my key team workers is sick due to food poisoning at the last minute which is completely unpredictable and unexpected. So we are trying with the substitute to finish it but it is required a lot of skill set. Since we lost the time it requires a delay of one week.We can assure that these kind troubles will not be happend in future. Please accept our apologies.
