As 'p' and 'e' are always next to each other, we can group them into one entity.
So we have 7 entities which can be grouped in 7! ways. Again 'p' and 'e' can be arranged amongst themselves in 2! ways.
Therefore by theorem of multiplication, total number of ways= 7! *2!
