total time taken =24 days
let work will be w
1day work=w/24
work done by man=14,
compare to women there are men=12/3*2=8
compare to youngster there are men=12/4*2=6
total no of mens work=14+8+6=28
1day work by each men = w/24*28
additional men required work to be x
now work done by 28+x mens is= (28+x)*w/24*28 = w/14
28+x=48
x=20answer its 3option
