900 Rs.

Area of square field = 1215/135 = 9 hectare = 90000 sq mtrs
side of square field = 300 mtrs
perimeter = 300*4=1200 mtrs
cost of putting a fence arround it at rate of 75 paise per metr = 1200*75/100 = Rs 900.
