Existing quantity of milk = Q litre

Added 20 % water = (20/100)Q = 0.2Q litre

Total Mixture = Q+ 0.2Q = 1.2Q litre

Cost Price = 10Q Rs

Selling Price = 1.2Q * 10 = 12Q Rs

Profit = 2Q Rs

Fine = 200 Rs
profit - fine = net profit

Loss = 100 Rs = - 100 Rs net profit

2Q - 200 = - 100

=> 2Q = 100

=> Q = 50

Total Mixture = 1.2Q = 60 Litre
option 4 is correct
