Given Number of arrow shirt =4
Assume Number of Park Avenue = P
Given Price of one arrow shirt = 2* Price of one Park Avenue shirt..
Let,Price of one Park Avenue shirt = x
=> Price of one Arrow Shirt = 2*x
Total Price = 4*2*x+ P*x
But question says two had been interchanged
=> Number of Arrow Shirt is P and number of Park Avenue shirt is 4
Total Price = 2*P*x + 4*x
From question
New total is 140% of old total
140/100*(8*x + P*x) = (2*P*x + 4*x)
Solving this gives x = 12
=> 4:12=> 1:3

if x is no of shirts of park avenue and y is price of shirt of park avenue, then
(8y+xy)*3/2 = 4y+2xy
x=16
ratio of the number of arrow shirts to the number of park avenue shirts in the origial = 4:16 or 1:4
