for 34 weeks total application processed= 8*34=272

524-272=252 application is remaining to processed in 52-34=18 weeks

per weeks application should be processed= 252/18= 14

Performance of this year=Performance of last year
34 week recruit+ 18 Week recruit=524

last year 524 applications
remain application (524-272)=252
remain week 52-34 =18
remaijn application per week = 252/18 = 14

for one year there are 52 weeks
among them 34 weeks are completed then remaining weeks are 18.
for 34 weeks recruiter processed 8 applicants per week so 34*8=272.
they said last year 524 applicants are processed so to complete that target we need 252 applications..
252/18=14.
so, we require 14 weeks to equal last year performance.

so, for 34 weeks = 34*8 =272
last yr he processed 524 so 524-272 will give the remaining applications =252
total 52 week in a year so 52-34 =18 weeks remaining
so for 18 weeks remaining =252/18=14 so we require 14 weeks

Now, Remaining WEEKS=52-34=18, Remaining applicant = 524-272=252

Average of applicants per week = 8
Therefore, for first 34 weeks = 34*8 = 272 applicants
Total weeks in a year = 52
Therefore, Remaining weeks = 52 - 34 = 18
Remaining applicants = total applicants - number of applicants selected in the first 34 weeks = 524 - 272 = 252 applicants
Number of applicants the recruiter process = Remaining applicants / remaining weeks = 252 / 18 = 14 applicants per week
