So on Wednesday it was already turned of for 5 hours. Therefore we have 4 days remaining in the week.
11-5 = 6 (we get 11 from the hours we are permitted per week and 5 from the hours we have already used for the week).
4 * 24 = 96 (We get 4 from the number of days left in the week).
6/96 = 3/48 = (3/3)/(48/3) = 1/16

End of 3 days, server has already been down for 5 hrs. So remaining downtime for the 7 day week is (11-5) = 6 hrs. Also, remaining days in the week are (7-3) = 4, which is 96 hrs. Therefore, ratio is 6/96 or 1/16.

Max down time: 11 hours per week
Already been down for 5 hours this week.

Can be down for another 6 hours (11-5).

4 days left in week (4 x 24 hours) = 96 hours left in week.

proportion is 6/96 = 3/48 = 1/16

Maximum number of hours the server is offline is 11 out of which 5 hours are completed so, 11-5=6 hours left
out of seven days 3 days is finished so left over only 4 days ,calculated in hours 4 * 24 = 96 hours (total)
Asked how many hours remaining in the week is
6(hours left)/96=1/16
