Correct Answer is Option (A).
the sum of the marks in 9 subjects = (85*9) = 765
The sum of the marks in 7 will be = (83*7)= 581
Difference = 765-581 = 184 => 92,92 ; 91,93 ; 90,94 ; 89,95 will be the options for the marks in the remaining 2 subjects. So the highest marks will be 94

In 9 subject=85*9=765
In 7 Subject=83*7=581
difference=184
now highest mark=x
second highest=x-2
x+x-2=184
x=93
