Answer is Cary sold most of the properties during the month.

Reason:-
Andy = 2 * (Ellen)
Bob = 3 + Ellen
Cary = 2*(Bob) = 6 + 2 *(Ellen)
Dora = Bob + Ellen = 3 +2*(Ellen)
Andy : Bob : Cary : Dora : Ellen
2(Ellen) : 3+Ellen : 6+2(Ellen) : 3+2(Ellen) : Ellen
2(Ellen)-3 : Ellen : 3+2(Ellen) : 2(Ellen) : Ellen -3
Therefore 3+2(Ellen) is the highest which is Cary.
