In a 500 meters race, B gives `A` a start of 160 meters.

The ration of the speeds of `A` and `B` is 2:3.

Time taken by B to cover 500 m distance = 500/3 units.
Distance covered by A in 500/3 units of time = 2*500/3= 1000/3= 333.33 Mtrs.
A has a start of 160 M.

so total distance reached on track by A = 160+333.33 = 393.33 M

so B will win by 6.66 Mtrs in terms of distance.
A will take 170 units of time and B will take 166.66 units of time to reach destination.
