In this question time and distance is constant.Let time be 't'hr and distance is 600km
Now,
For Venkat: Let his speed be x. therefore, x=600/(t+2) . . . Eq.(1)
If Venkat reaches destination earlier then, 2x=600/(t-4) -----> x=600/2(t-4) . . . Eq.(2)
600/(t+2)=600/2(t-4)
t+2=2(t-4)
t=10
Now Let Vasta's speed be 'y' i.e. y=distance/time
y=600/10
y= 60 km/hr
