From 8 to 16 , possible 2 digit numbers are 10 , 12 , 13 , 14 ,16

=> Possible 2 digit numbers are
10 , (10 + 8) , (10 + 8 + 8) ...
12 , (12 + 8) , (12 + 8 + 8) ...
13 , (13 + 8) , (13 + 8 + 8) ...
14 , (14 + 8) , (14 + 8 + 8) ...
16 , (16 + 8) , (16 + 8 + 8) ...

=> 12 + 11 + 11 + 11 + 11 = 56 numbers
