Let's take if the train is static the person would have heard the sound in 11min 45 sec.

But since the train is moving towards the sound for 11mins, He saved 45sec.

So, Distance traveled by train in 11mins= Distance traveled by the bullet(330 m/s) in 45 secs.

330*45=660*x;

x=22.5 m/s ---> 81kmph.
