It will depend on length of track.

If track length is 63 ft, then
one rabbit will take 9 secs to cover complete track and other rabbit will take 7 secs to cover complete track once.
After 63 secs, they will meet at pt. P when one will make 7 round and other will make 9 rounds.
so they will meet 9-2=7 times excluding the start and finish.
