The total tenure of first six prime ministers is=6*6=36 years.
The total tenure of nine prime ministers is=9*5.25=47.25 years.
let the 7th,8th and 9th prime ministers had tenures of x,2x and 3x respectively(as their duration is 1:2:3)
So we got this equation for this problem-
36+x+2x+3x=47.25
=>6x=11.25=>x=22.5 months=1 years 10 months 15 days

Total tenure of 6 PM =6*6=36 yrs
total tenure of 9 PMs=9*5.25=47.25 yrs
total tenure of 7th, 8th and 9th Pm = 47.25-36=11.25 yrs

tenure of 7th PM = 11.25*1/6 yrs = 22.5 months= 1 year 10 months 15 days
